- Light house weight - 1m2 of non-load-bearing wall frames weighing 6 to 8 kg, with load-bearing walls weighing 10kg/m2.
- The wall frame system is linked by CNC accessories developed and manufactured, there is no weld between the structural systems, so it completely overcomes the disadvantage of the steel-frame prefab system using many welds in the current market. . (using welds that are prone to rust due to weather and impact time, poor vibration resistance, easy to break bonds)
- The frame system can be separated according to the requirements of transportation to the construction site, with no size limitation.
- The ability to overcome large spans is suitable for large and multi-storey S buildings (3 - 5 floors)
Flexible wall system in accordance with design requirements.Due to the advantages of the CNC house skeleton system, the surface of the walls can be changed flexibly. A few examples:- The exterior wall uses CNC WOOD with outstanding advantages in aesthetics and durability, the interior wall uses plaster or similar wall materials for the interior.
